Goa One Bicholim, located just a short drive from Panjim, is an emerging area in North Goa with excellent connectivity to major locations via National Highways 4 and 17. The area benefits from proximity to Tivim Railway Station and is home to the Bicholim Industrial Estate, set up by the Goa Industrial Development Department. The estate houses over 50 industrial workshops and manufacturing units, specializing in various products like aluminium and steel fabrication, plastics, mining equipment, and rolling mills. Mining is a significant economic driver in Bicholim, alongside a growing education sector with three primary schools, four secondary schools, and a polytechnic institute.

Bicholim is well-served by hospitals, healthcare centers, and places of worship, including temples, churches, and mosques. The area is also known for its natural beauty, featuring serene lakes and majestic waterfalls. Mayem Lake, a major tourism destination, is surrounded by rolling hills and pristine countryside, offering a peaceful escape. Another key tourist attraction is the Arvalem caves, or ‘Pandava Caves,’ which date back to the 5th-6th century and are a popular site for tourists and archaeologists. Nearby, the picturesque Harvalem Waterfalls, close to the Rudreshwar Temple, adds to the area’s charm Goa One.
